Includes an initial planning consultation covering theme, color palette, design direction, and overall style guidance. We also provide vendor referrals and support with invitations and guest list planning. This option is ideal for clients who want to implement their event themselves but need a professional to brainstorm ideas, offer clarity, and guide them on best practices for a smooth and stylish experience.

Emerald Execution

Provides full planning and implementation: We will devise the event vision, make site visits, price-checks, and manage small errands (e.g. vendor meetings, sample selection) on your behalf.
Includes: Everything in “Twilight” + up to 12 hours of active support (errands, coordination with decorators, menu sampling).

Diamond Day

Covers on-site management for the event day. We will arrive 3 hrs before event to oversee setup, and up to 10 hrs on the day. We handle schedules, guest arrivals, vendor drops – ensuring a smooth “big day.”

Diamond Day - Extra

Covers end-to-end planning plus on-site management. We create the full plan (vendors, timeline) and then run the event day. Includes: Full planning and vendor management, plus arrival 3 hrs before event to oversee setup, and up to 10 hrs on the day. We handle schedules, guest arrivals, vendor drops – ensuring a smooth “big day.”
